What do you mean by `load balancing'?  Use two NICs with the same IP
address (on different wires, i suppose)?  That's not possible with
BSD.  Every interface needs a distinct IP address (with the exception
that for pointopoint links (SLIP, PPP), this rule applies to the
remote end, not the local one).
