I don't know if it is the 2945-Drive, but it is a Fujitsu 4GB which I use in combination with the 2940. 1 Gig is a "loose" partition and 3 Gig is for FreeBSD. Works very fine (and very fast :-)). For external drives you need special "ultra" proof cables (expensive).
