Of course, it is possible. We use 2 network card (IntelExpress16) on
our serever.

In case of us, at first network cards were setted from MSDOS. Then
change the kernel config like as follows:

# Intel EtherExpress 16 Ethernet adaptor
ex0     at isa? port 0x260
ex1     at isa? port 0x210
-------------------------------------------

And using ifconfig, set these card suitablly.

If you want to do IP-routing, then set 
options GATEWAY
