I'm trying to print to a NEC LC-800 postscript printer. The
job appears in queue; the printer console says "processing"; the
job disappears from queue, the printer console says "idle"
... and nothing comes out.
Is anyone else using a LC-8xx? Or is there some special
trick I'm missing? (I seem to remember a discussion about
adding a ^D at the end of postscript files.)
