Note to szdavila@jps.net:

You obviously haven't gotten the point -- which was the comparison between
the two fictional General Secretaries.  One is concise and intelligent;
the other is mediocre and speaks with stock phrases (like a typical
American manager).

You snipped the posting in a way that people cannot see this.  I'm tempted
to think that you may also be a mediocre American manager and cannot see
the humor and historical irony in J"org's posting.  Yes ... in fact,
J"org's General Secretary seems perfectly reasonable to you, a role model 
even.
