There is none.  However, a finger server is a fairly simple piece of
software.  Just for fun, you can get away with something like:

finger	stream	tcp	nowait	nobody	/bin/cat	cat /etc/issue

in inetd.conf.  Similarly, you are free to hack the existing finger
server, or replace it by something else.

There's also a GNU finger package (though apparently no longer
maintained) which might give you some ideas.
