Hi,

I have bowed to commercial pressure and installed Windows NT 4.0 on my
new server. Now I am looking to install FreeBSD 2.1.5 (I'm sure 2.1.6
will arrive very soon after I solve this problem!) and have found that
the NT installation has created a 1.8Gb extended partition, (without
even asking!) used just over 1Gb of it and now I have 800Mb I can't use
for a FreeBSD installation!

How do I shrink the extended partition so that I can create a primary
partition for FreeBSD? I know there's the nuke the NT partition and
reinstall, but I would prefer not doing that if I can avoid it...

Any help would be appreciated.

Peter
