I've found a network card now that has jumpers, and set that to IRQ
10. I haven't had a chance to test it yet, but I hope it'll work.

I did via the DOS program (set it to jumperless mode), but
unfortunately still got the device timeout message :(

I'm currently banking on the new network card to work.
