For all of this, both systems should be fine with you.

The peaceful coexistence with Winlos^H^H^Hdows95 is btw. rather a
problem for the latter: if you install the Unix first, and Win95
afterwards, it will happily clobber the bootselector, since it is
silently ignoring any other potential operating system of the world.
So if you do it the other way round, you'll have it easier.
