I would to like to install a UNIX-clone OS like Linux/386BSD with X11R5 and the gnu stuff like gcc,g++,gmake etc. I have all the Linux info from that newsgroup, but this newsgroup did not seem to carry a FAQ. What I'm interested in is - 1. What are the things available with 386BSD like NFS,TCP/IP support, dos access, and so on and so forth 2. recommended Hardware /components for 'no sweat' installation 3. known hardware incompatibilities. 4. companies/individuals selling all the stuff on a cd or tape drive. 5. Linux/386BSD comparison. Thanks in advance. -- UNNATI AMIN
