Not yet. I spent about half a day on it trying to figure out how Linux did it before discovering that, for some stupid reason, Linux has two tulip drivers, and I was looking at the wrong one. There was someone else in the NetBSD mailing lists who expressed interest in working on this, but he seems to have vanished. If anybody wants to dive in to fix this, feel free to contact me by e-mail.
