Nice Ne2000 clone with full 16 pin irq capability. Also has 8 k of dual port ram that its supplied packet driver will take advantage of. Bout twice as fast as a real ne2000. Problem you are having is the same thing you will get with a ne2000 or wd8003 jumpered for int 2(9). Seems the intel (?) card driver built into the boot floppy causes all sorts of problems with the other 2 cards. You need to rebuild a kernel that leaves out that funky "is0" entry.
