I tried every combinatios of memory shadows(on/off) and external
cache(on/off)
and another parameters of my BIOS Setup. Nothing has changed. 
It is strange because Linux on this machine works properly. BUT I LIKE
FREEBSD
MUCH MORE THEN LINUX so I wish to solve my Bus Error problem.
