Yes, it does.  Actually, the support is in XFree86, so this applies to
linux as well.  Version 3.2 supports the Millennium in the XF86_SVGA
server in either 8-bit (256-color) or 16-bit (65,000-color) modes.

Yes, as a 486-class chip.  Should still be as fast, though. :)
