That Linux's NFS write performance is worse than BSD's is a known fact,
but there is more to networking than NFS alone.
Your conclusion that BSD's networking code is better than Linux's based
only on that is as unfounded as saying Linux networking performance is
better based on the unloaded TCP latency numbers (and no, I don't wanna
start another flame thread on this :-)
