That's right. I was wrong because I looked at benchmarks and compared
the perceived speed in daily use, whereas your used your imagination
to decide that a Sparc IPX is considerably faster than a 486/100.
Or was it that my clocks run differently depending on which machine
I was using? I can't remember now. At any rate, you're right; I'm
wrong.

Indeed. There are no data at all that support you, but because we
have only tentatively, not conclusively, proved you wrong, you must
