Install Win95 first (otherwise it'll trample booteasy).  Don't waste
1/2 of your disk on 95; 300-400 MB is plenty for 95 + office + a few
extras.

Use a non-95 (DOS or other) fdisk to create the 300-400mb partition
for Win95.
