Um, that's 20,000 groups X an average what? 50,000 clients, or 1 billion
clients?  Each needing a 100K file?

Harrumph.  You'd better run those numbers again and come up with something
a little more realistic than what might be the tax information on every
one in western civilization.

Your original number stipulated 20,000 entities, each requiring a 100K
file once a month, nie?  That's simple bandwidth-scheduling problem, even
if it all has to be done in one day each month.
