If you have a product built with this version of gcc, are you going
to risk your product (even if it's not a huge risk) just to support
the GPL? If you say `yes,' you probably don't run a business right
now.

I expect that the companies buying this product couldn't care less
about the GPL, and simply want a working product and support at a
reasonable cost. They're not going to do things that will endanger
their relationship with a sole-source vendor.
