Looking to see if there are any SCSI RAID controllers supported by FreeBSD (2.1.6-RELEASE)? Reason is, I want parity and possibly mirroring capacity for only a few drives. (Read: no need for some expensive 20 GB RAID chassis). I wouldn't mind using the ccd driver, except that the idea that if I lose a drive in the ccd set, I lose that filesystem entirely is making me a bit nervous. ;-) Comments welcome. -Dan Foster Internet: dsf@frontiernet.net
