I'll be dialing in to an Ascend Max 400, and I'd like suggestions on the type of TA and general setup (ppp/mppp, etc) I should use on my end. I have setup ppp for 28.8 type modems before, and would be interested in hearing about various setups out there in actual use. Price is, of course, a concern, but I'd rather have a reliable connection than an inexpensive but problematic one. Purchasing a seperate router/isdn box is not an option - I need to do this with mt FreeBSD 2.1.6-R box and a TA. If the responses are good (they usually seem to be) I'd like to create a page about this - perhaps supplementary to FreeBSD online docs. Thanks for your help.
