Synoposis: Discussion comparing Win* to NT, as Linux to BSD. Does
anyone remember the archaic ratio formulation ("x is to a as c is to d")?
Has interesting (but useless) properties if any component is zero; i.e.,
no signal in the noise. Entropically speaking, absolute zero Kelvin, in
that no useful work is done or information preserved.

This whole Linux?BSD?DOS?DOZE?NT? fracas is hilarious to me. Am I
the only one who finds dismayed ||&& disturbed humor in it?

Probably... :)

Sigh...One more argument for redundant trailing smileys... :):):)...
