You may have a problem with the SoundBlaster, if it is pnp (however, 
someone told me that, if you can find the port/irq assigned by the
pnp bios, this work). For the CD-ROM, you will need to get the unnoficial
patch from:
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/i386/atapi
or
ftp://ftp.ensta.fr/pub/NetBSD/atapi
