Install it first, and FreeBSD afterwards. It definitely does. If this happens, you can use your FreeBSD install disk and go about as if you are installing the FreeBSD system again EXCEPT do NOT mount any file systems. This has the effect of re-installing the boot selector again. Just thought I'd mention this in case anyone else runs into the same situation.
