...well, as the author of the NetBSD screenblank(1) program, I can
say, most certainly, that NetBSD has one :-)

It's located in /usr/sbin/screenblank, and the sources are in
/usr/src/usr.sbin/screenblank.  Usage is basically identical to
the SunOS version.
