While porting Zephyr, I noticed that there are two libc functions
missing from 386bsd:  insque() and remque().  I got the sources for
these from (I think, it was late at night) the bsd4.3-reno sources.

Now, Ultrix 4.2 has those, and apparently 4.3-reno does.  Have I found
long-lost functions that we should stick in with libc?
