Mount CD #1
run "pkg_manage"
go to the directory /cdrom/packages/shells
install tcsh and/or ksh

This idiot still writes scripts in #!/bin/sh because he would like
for them to still work if some file systems are not mounted, or
the system has not yet run ldconfig.
