Oh come now. Do you think it's unreasonable to ask that you fill out a bug report and file it? The bug tracking system is designed to keep track of things like this, so they don't get lost. Email lists aren't set up to help people remember bugs. If all you have to do is fill out and send in a form detailing your problem, and then somebody will fix it for you (volunteering at that), that's a steal. Nobody is getting paid to fix PRs in NetBSD (well, for the most part I'm sure). You fill out a form, they fix the problem. Is filling out a form too much trouble, when you get so much in return?
