Hi!

Just wanted to know if anyone has problems installing BSDI on a Compaq
Proreliant. We're using an Adaptec 2940 with 2 4 Gig drives.

It boots fine on the floppy and recognises everything. We installed it
specifying the bios boot blocks. Then it goes through the installation and
installs all the disksets. When we try to boot off the hard disk it hangs
with a message like:

/boot - unexpected trap
Protection fault

I'd appreciate any ideas.
Cheers,

Marcus.
