It seemed to be highly recommended on other OS's, and was based on the DEC 21140, which has a driver for FreeBSD. It works fine where it is on win95 and NT4.0, but under freebsd 2.1.5, it is detected in the configuration, but doesn't seem to generate interrupts. (At least that's what I assume the transmit timeout error is). I tried downloading the driver from FreeBSD 2.1.7, and installing that, but that doesn't seem to help. Any clues? --------------------- Castor Fu +1.512.433.3329 <castor@tkg.com> The Kernel Group: Tools & Consulting for AIX since 1990 http://tkg.com/
