Care to give me an email address where i really would get an answer?

I've got a Quantum ProDrive in my machine at work that recently gave
me a HARDWARE ERROR. With a vendor-specific sense code. I have yet
to find somebody who could explain me what the heck this ASC would
mean. Neither `support@quantum.com' nor `info@quantum.com' reach
anybody at all, and `postmaster@quantum.com' rather appears to be an
alias for /dev/null.
