You should check two things: a) If you have Quantum drives running old firmware (L912 or later) then you should update them from ftp://ftp.qntm.com/pub/support/Firmware. There are serious bugs in the older versions which can cause malfunction like this. b) You're running Justin's latest SCSI code in 2.2-GAMMA.
