No, but I have been through the process with 100 software engineers addicted
to a proprietary editor that was only available on our Xenix boxes, and which
we had to dump when we dumped Xenix.

I just feed them a copy of "tutor.vi", the self-paced vi tutorial that's
been floating around the net for 10 years, and I rarely hear another peep
out of them.
