Don't do this.  Read the READMEs, they are clearly stating that this
file must remain zipped.

Sorry, the remainder of your posting doesn't tell me the error message
that points to your actual problem.  Are you sure your CLASSPATH
environment variable is set?  JDK is running fine for me.
