Haven't ever used LaTeX for a big project, have you? When you start
formatting a large 500 page document with a wordprocessor like Winword
you'll regret not having used LaTeX for it right from the start.
Exactly this weekend i had to make somebody's 544 pages Winword
document ready for print and this was the most annoying and time
consuming task i ever spent on a computer. It would have been so much
more easier with a decent LaTeX setup. Wordprocessors are ok for small
documents but for serious work better give me LaTeX anytime.
