I am doing my class homeworks with it. Works fine. You have a choice of two java-machines (kaffe, and Sun's java), SpecJAVA GUI builder, power of BSD. =Could someone give me a pep talk to convince me that I should keep =arguing to run FreeBSD vs NT! or Solaris on our new P6's? :-) =The NT supporters offer eXeed or Xappeal on NT as a window to the =centralized Solaris machines available at this site. The main disadvantage of Unix for those "NT supporters" is that they could not use it (see .signature). There is _nothing_ you can not do with a decent Unix, while NT limits and slows you down in everything ("Press Ok to reboot your computer"). That's practical. Now, for moral values, paying for Microsoft software products is just plain shamefull.
