Basically, this term describes that you can quickly start with something, and have a low learning curve. Again, you're impressed by the (undoubted) power of vi, and start to confuse this power with intuitiveness or simplicity, both attributes vi doesn't have. Emacs has them neither, get me right. Microsloth Word doesn't has them either, and it also misses the power. Something like `xedit' might be intuitive, but it's not powerful either.
