Ok. I mount a partition from another server (Irix). Then Irix
crashes (whatever the reson). Then I can not access the mount point
(of course), nor can I force it's unmount. The only way I know to
make the FreeBSD box forget this directory was a mount point is to
reboot it, which is a bloody shame. Do you know of a better way?
(FreeBSD-2.1.5, but I think this is a typical case). Thank you,
