This has already been posted to the list but since I'm not on the list
(and it was posted for me). I thought I'd place it in here too to see if
there is any response. So thanks ahead of time for you taking the time to
read (and possibly reply to) this posting. :-)

I'm attempting to install NetBSD/mac68k onto a IIsi Macintosh. Using APS
Technologies' formatting program I've formatted the disk as an A/UX v2.0
disk. This has given me a Root & User partition, a swap area, a small Mac
OS area (16mb), and a free area I might make into a user area.

Unfortunately, when I run Mkfs, it says that the sectors and tracks are
all zero (0) and will not format the root disk. (Though why I have to
reformat the root drive after APS's software has already created it for me
I have no idea.) Since I can not format the root drive, the install
program won't work.

So I need to know how to go about getting the information for Mkfs so it
can install the root directory.

Thanks!

BTW: I've already downloaded SCSI Evaluator. It doesn't give enough
information about the disk drive.

System Info:

IIsi with 9mb of memory (maxed out)
80mb SCSI drive (Main)
80mb SCSI drive (2nd Drive)
230mb MO HD. Sony
230mb MO HO. Sony
230mb MO HD. Sony
256 color monitor

TIA!
