It doesn't exist yet. The guy who says he knows how to fix the problem
hasn't had time to do it yet. <scream, scream>

Basically, the lack of an FPU is a problem, since the floating point
emulator is wildly buggy. I managed to boot NetBSD on my Q610 (with
68LC040) but I got all sorts of segfaults because of the FPU bug. Everyone
running a 68LC040 experiences roughly the same thing.

My guess is that we'll have FPU support sometime in the next year or so,
but that's only a guess. Until then, one solution would be to swap your
68LC040 for the equivalent 68040. Then you could run NetBSD (with color X,
even!) to your heart's content. As for me, I'm going to wait for 68LC040
support, and work on MacMiNT in the interim.
