I just installed my BSDI/OS 2.1 on a PentPro 200 and everyting works
fine.

However, I'd like to make it an NIS client. I downloaded

  ftp.bsdi.com:/contrib/lib/yp/YPclient-950411.tar.gz

But this needs to make patches to the kernel source which I don't
have. Is there another way to do this? or do I have to buy
the kernel sources.
