The machines that I thought I'd be using with FreeBSD, one running FreeBSD and the others accessing it via telnet, turned out to be connected via a token ring network, not ethernet as was my original understanding. My plans were to use FreeBSD, but, at this point, it appears that I may end up using NetBSD for this, as I understand that NetBSD supports token ring. Any information that anyone can provide about this would be greatly appreciated! -- R. D. Davis http://www.access.digex.net/~rdd rdd@digex.net, rdd@mystica.uucp Computer preservationist.
