I recently downloaded the precompiled binary of netscape for x86
purported to run under FreeBSD and it does - sorta of. The big-
gest problem is that the resolution and rendering of graphics is
so poor that text buried in imagery and fine detail is next to
impossible to make out! I have an ACER 100MHZ pentium running
FreeBSD 2.0.5. The manual was absolutely no help in determining
the proper video driver to use and the only one that works is
the generic (XF86_VGA16). The appearance was just fine and dandy
under Windows. Why not here? Anyways, what can I do? Better video
hardware and if so what are your reccommendations?

thanks, Jeff
