How can i fix it? you cant. i mean, get a new disk and there's atleast less probs... my previous eide drive broke after about a year, i got the data out so it didnt totally blow up, and since it gave me similar error messages than what you have, i strongly recommend getting another drive. for the record, now my "new" bit over a year online eide drive have slightly rised the voice, so i expect it too breaking up soonish... it has 3 year guarantee so no worries... it just seems obvious that eide is not meant to last for online usage... even with proper cooling, i have 3" extra fan for drives. yes, next drives i will be getting are scsi. mickey
