:P~I have the same problem, I can't use the SMC EtherPower 10/100, I get
:P~de0 transmission timeout errors. I tried booting connection to a 10
:P~network and to a 100 network, none of them work, do you need to setup
:P~the link speed on bsdi aswell, or should it auto-detect this during

Eh?  I've been using these cards with the de driver since 2.1
was released without incident.  Though I've only been using
them in 10mbit mode.
