For the NetBSD stuff that is a straight port from the BSD4.4 sources, it
is right on.  For GNU stuff, well, you can see where this is going.

They tend to use a VAX as the example box (for kernel configs, etc), but
for the most part, they are a great source of printed documentation.  I
keep mine handy as it can sometimes be easier to reach for the book
instead of waiting for my lil ol A3000 to render the pages from source
=)  They are also easier to read while away from the computer ;)
