Considering Mr. Mohammed clearly states that he's in the West Indies,
i think most people in North America would safely assume that it's
going to be a long distance call.

Why anyone would just pull up their phone and call the first number
they see in Usenet is a wholly different question, which would be as
inappropriate in these newsgroups as your warning.
