Hello all
I hope some experts could advice me with the following questions:
I plan to buy the HP box with HP-UX just for studying the OS
and some Networking stuffs. Are there any alternatives ?
I have been using Solaris 2.5.1, and Linux at home but they are
different (please correct me). However, I can play HP-Ux at school
but I dont have root priviledge therefore I can not explore any futher.
Could you please suggest which OS (solaris, Linux, BSD) is the
most resembler the HP-UX?
( I mean the user interfaces, and commands not the source codes)
One more please . . .
Will the source code or binary for HP-UX, run on other platforms as
well?
example is the TACACS+ from cisco.
Every help is greatly appreciated.
