I don't know who the maintainer is of the ports collection, so i figure
this is a hopefully good way to get it fixed.
/ports/lang/expetct/Makefile uses ${LDCONFIG} variable without
defining it/and in order to get the port make to work and register it
needs to be set or do what I did and replace ${LDCONFIG} with ldconfig to
call the program.
