Joe, perhaps you just need to have another entry in your boot.ini. This is a file in the root directory of your booting device (usually C: or harddisk0). The file is read only and system. Hope, you see your NT boot manager yet. If not, try to recover the sector with the NT emergency disk. The boot.ini file is documented by Microsoft.
